Day: calendar day;

Continuing performance contract: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, where the delivery and/or purchase obligations are spread over time;

Terms and conditions: these terms and conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be stated before the contract is concluded that the terms and conditions can be viewed at the entrepreneur's premises and will be sent free of charge to the consumer upon request.

If the distance contract is concluded electronically, then, notwithstanding the previous paragraph, the text of these terms and conditions may be made available to the consumer electronically before the contract is concluded, in such a way that the consumer can easily store it on a durable medium. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be stated where the terms and conditions can be viewed electronically and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.

If specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these terms and conditions, the second and third paragraphs apply accordingly, and in the event of conflicting conditions, the consumer may always rely on the provision that is most favorable to them.

If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are at any time wholly or partially void or annulled, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. The provision in question will be replaced without delay, by mutual agreement, with a provision that comes as close as possible to the original intent.

Situations not covered by these terms and conditions must be assessed in the spirit of these terms and conditions.

Any ambiguity regarding the interpretation or content of one or more provisions must be interpreted in the spirit of these terms and conditions.

Article 3 – The offer

If an offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to conditions, this will be expressly stated in the offer.

Offers are without obligation. The entrepreneur reserves the right to change or adjust offers.

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. The images used are a truthful representation of the products and/or services. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on the entrepreneur.

All images, specifications and data are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or termination of the contract. The entrepreneur cannot guarantee that the colors displayed exactly match the actual colors of the products.

Each offer clearly states the rights and obligations attached to its acceptance, in particular:

  • the price including taxes;

  • any shipping costs;

  • the way in which the contract will be concluded;

  • whether or not the right of withdrawal applies;

  • the method of payment, delivery and performance;

  • the period for accepting the offer;

  • the languages available for concluding the contract;

  • the minimum duration of the contract in the case of a continuing performance contract.

Article 4 – The contract

The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the associated conditions.
If the offer is accepted electronically, the entrepreneur will confirm receipt of the acceptance without delay.

As long as this confirmation has not been sent, the consumer may cancel the contract.

The entrepreneur takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure electronic transactions and online payments.

Every contract is concluded subject to sufficient availability of the products concerned.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer has 30 days to return the product without giving any reason.
This period starts on the day after the consumer receives the product.

During this period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care.

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned, if possible in its original condition and packaging, in accordance with the instructions provided.

The consumer must notify us of their return in writing or by email and send the product back within these 30 days.

Article 6 – Costs in case of withdrawal

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the return or proof of shipment.

Article 7 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for certain products, including:

  • personalized products;

  • products of a personal nature;

  • products sealed for hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken;

  • perishable products;

  • unsealed audio/video recordings or software.

Article 8 – The price

The prices stated include VAT and will not be increased during the validity period of the offer, except for changes required by law.

Typographical or printing errors cannot be held against the entrepreneur.

Article 9 – Conformity and warranty

The products comply with the contract and with the applicable legal requirements.
A manufacturer's warranty does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.

Article 10 – Delivery and performance

Orders are carried out with care and delivered to the address provided by the consumer within a maximum of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 11 – Fixed-term contracts

Contracts for an indefinite period may be terminated at any time with a maximum notice period of one month.
Tacit extensions are limited in accordance with the law.

Article 12 – Payment

The consumer is obliged to report any errors in the payment details.

They will be handled within 14 days.
